A Lady Must Spend Quality Time with Her Hammer

I’m taking a ridiculously short cyber-break, to spend quality time with my hammer. I shall be back on Tuesday, January 23rd. Yep, just a week.

Be wild while I’m gone…

…then stop by and tell me all about it.

  1. Enjoy your week! Enjoy your hammer! Enjoy your time! I will be starting watercolor paintings and setting up my Etsy store. Thought I would share for some accountability. Big hugs and love to you my friend. Muah!

  2. A whole week without a new post? One one hand, I’m sad. On the toher, your constant stream of creativity seems so impossible that i think the fact you’re taking a break might inspire me.

Now I’m going to find out you’re doing something creative with that hammer and I’m going to feel inferior again.

    • I didn’t post, but… I wrote every single day. I don’t know how not to. It’s a delicious disease, I think.

Oh, and my hammer and I just discuss things while I wrote… and plotted. 😀

  3. There is nothing more satisfying when the soul or the body are not readily fixable than making or fixing something material. Even on the best of good days, it’s useful. I hope you find comfort and create or restore or improve whatever needs a little hammering in your world. <3

  4. I’m glad I’m not the only woman who has her own hammer. I love mine – selected to be just right for me, and in my eyes a thing of beauty. (Similar in size and shape to yours, as far as I can tell: slim and shapely whilst also strong, serviceable and – most important – well-balanced.)

  5. For some reason, I can’t quit singing, “BANG, BANG! Magaly’s silver hammer came down upon his head. BANG, BANG! Magaly’s silver hammer made sure that he was dead.” I don’t know why. 😉
