A Circle of Healing and Love

pre-Witches in Fiction Giveaway, 3: A Circle of Healing and Love, sponsored by Eliora

I call on the siren of crystals, of colors, of metals… she, who soothes mind and bone with the song of her craft. Would you cool the crimson scorching my hip? Would the chant of your art lull what pains me from skull to feet? There are teeth biting my spine, chills crushing the insides of my knee… Would you spell silvery circles to quiet the hurts stealing my sleep? I call on the siren of crystals, of colors, of metals… Would you smother agonies that won’t let me breathe?

heal my soul with moon-
stone. With bright love and baubles,
craft me magics… of old

a wee note on healing…
– Our Eliora has crafted a silver-plated bracelet, which holds gemstones, symbols and colors of healing and love… a circle that is brightened by Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Rainbow Moonstone, Turquoise, Garnet, and Lepidolite… plus Tibetan Silver healing charms—Caduceus, Triquetra, Triskele, Pentacle, Ohm, and Spiral—and Czech crystal bead baubles… in gentle healing colors. The bracelet is 7.5” in length, with a lobster-claw clasp. And I’m considering fighting you for it.

to enter this giveaway (the mandatory entry)
– Leave me a comment telling me about your favorite stone(s). Why do you love it/them? (I, for instance, love onyx, bloodstone, and amber—which isn’t really a stone… but hey, love is tricky)

  1. First that is Magical Eliora but everythig you make is 🙂

Ok so as you know I love all stones but the stone/crystal that is speaking to me at the present is Labradorite!!!

I have shared this and tagged you in it.

My current Fave on Eliora’s page is the Hecate’s Key Amulet

  2. You poor baby. I want to put my hands all over you and draw out your pain. I hurt for you, Magaly. You are such a good person.

Onyx is my favorite stone, mostly because it’s gorgeous and I’m drawn to black.

  3. This is an awesome news 🙂 The bracelet is divine, indeed it is!
My favourite stones are turquoise and amethyst… I like their hues first of all. The peculiar tints of turquoise with a net of black veins on it sometimes… and the seemingly non-transparency of amethyst… hidden powers!

  4. I’m not entering this lovely giveaway but just wanted to drop by to say how beautiful the bracelet looks ♥

I do have favourite stones:- Snowflake Obsidian: for it’s calming properties and the fact that it’s so pretty to look at. Black Onyx: because it releases negative emotions and goes with just about everything. Amber: although not a stone, it releases negative energy and of course, it’s my daughter’s name ♥

  5. Of my semi precious gems…my favourite would have to be my purple geode…cut through it looks like a purple womb and I press it to my forehead when I want to send healing light to far off friends. *but I did find what appears to be a hand held stone axe…which I keep close at hand…just in case* D XXX

  6. Your writing is such a profound plea for healing from our stone people allies. There are so many willing to help us.
Eliora has woven magic once again. It is beautiful. I love all of her clip charms. I keep meaning to get one for my purse.
My favorite stones are blue lace agate as it is such a work horse. It helps with communication and all things throat chakra related. My birthstone is turquoise. And, amythest for protection, and you know PURPLE! Flourite is another good one for focus and flow!

  7. Interesting question as I’ve only now begun to start getting more serious in my playing with stones. I’ve been playing around with kyanite recently to work on focus, but I have mad love for a bit of snowflake obsidian and sunstone I sometimes use in combinations. Oh, and I’m crazy about my pretty larimar earrings.

    My story:

“Be as steady as a stone, and patient too”, grandmother said. “That’s the essence of healing, others and yourself too.”
I learned well, for the stones’ secrets are now mine too.

I have quite a collection of Lorelei’s beauties at home. My customer charm clip and stained glass piece are some of my favorite things ever. I think the peacock witch’s chest is just beautiful.

  8. I visited Eliora and I love so many items. I am torn. If I had to choose just one item it would be Yemaya Goddess Amulet necklace.

I shared the giveaway on Instagram. (Craftyhippiechick)

  9. My favorite stone is hematite – I tend to be so ‘airy’, I like the grounding. I also love bloodstone, and wear a bracelet of bloodstone beads with a snake charm – it brings me courage! Eliora’s bracelet is lovely – I have one of her keychain charms that I hang on the strap of my purse and it gets comments all the time.

  10. Picking just one stone would be difficult. I have so many of Lorelei’s beauties. But back to the stone- Onyx. I love black and have several Onyx rings from my great Aunt. Also Obsidian. I have two gorgeous Obsidian spheres I love. One dull black, one shiny.

  11. Ah, it’s so hard to choose from all of Mother Nature’s treasure trove. If I had to pick a few, I’d say clear quartz, amethyst, rose quartz, and rainbow moonstone.

I’m in love with Eliora’s athames and amulets.

  12. Your words were simultaneously making me wince at the pain imagery while the healing imagery was soooooo soothing. Eliora’s bracelet is magically lovely!!

I have two little boxes filled with different stones and I love all of them… but I think my favourite must be Tiger’s Eye. That stone really resonates with me and I have several of them. Probably because I’m part cat! 😉

  13. Ohhhh Eliora’s bracelet is pure energy, I believe the wearer would have special powers just by doing up the clasp around their wrist… stunning, utterly!!!
My favourite stones(?) Standing Stones, they are awesome, powerful, carry a dignity, a statement, still standing, they have weathered time, they connect the past, they hold magic properties… I think the bracelet incorporates the magic the earth holds, if we just remember the beauty she has for us to enjoy, marvel at, we may look after better 🙂

  14. I have always been drawn to garnet and amethyst. They are colours I love but I think it is also their attributes that call me to them. Garnet is strong in a chakra I am weak in.

    I will share on Facebook

I love so much of Eliora’s creations but I’d kill for the butterfly pagan altar set! https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/470119214/pagan-altar-set-custom-crafted-to-your?ref=shop_home_active_14

Well maybe not kill… kick ass?

Under the full moon, the stones glowed. She stepped back, awed and a little frightened at their power. At her words, the portal opened. But would she choose revenge or healing?

  15. The bracelet is beyond beautiful! My favorite stones are lapis lazuli , agate and labradorite. Im just getting into the actual meanings of stones but have always been drawn to them since I was a child. Agate has always brought me peace.

Favorite piece in the store. . . The Cerridwen Embellished Athame

My story ” Seeking the precious jewels of the missing forgotten pieces of me. The hole in the agate shines light on the fairies. The Labradorite brings back the dancing skies of my home. The auras boraialis sits in my hand. The lapis lazuli, a calming sence of clarity. I have returned. My stones are me I am the stones I am my own healer, I am a precious jewel.”

  16. I love Eloria’s shop! I always go there and drool!!! Hard to pick a favourite item, but I do love the Child of The Goddess Charm clip!!!
I love Eloria’s bracelet! It’s hard for me to pick a stone! I have so many. But, I think through all the ones I have, I would have to pick rose quartz!! The love stone! But, I really do love all stones!!
    Big Hugs 🙂

  17. Hello, my name is Kai, and I’m a petraholic. I was born with a rainbow moonstone in my star sign, from an amethyst geode egg, and have petrified wood aligning my cerebral cortex. I’ve unearthed so many rocks planting perennials and pulling unwelcome weeds that a garden of their arrangement surrounds many installations.

Another reason I’m a stone seeker are a set of community guidelines we call touchstones….extend and presume welcome, listen deeply, no fixing; when things get difficult, turn to wonder….among others.

My mostest favouritist of my collection is a fossil ammonite – not the one of my Instagram profile, but a larger, darker spiral that reminds me of DNA and the mysteries of life. The stone is palm sized, and when I hold it, the crystal’s energy is palpable and strong.

  18. It is impossible to pick a favorite but I am going to have to say Rose Quartz my father bought me a piece on a trip we went on together after not seeing each other for over a decade right before he died. That time we had together is priceless.

  19. My favorite item at Eliora is the Tropical Pink Lotus essential oil. I like that it increase feelings of tranquillity.

  20. Such a beautiful piece.

I am drawn to white moon stone, the the lines of blues and showers of grrys, pinks, and even purples I find to bring my soul such peace. They have now been a part of my life since I was a child. I also love Amber, I feel that it is a healing and thus I have made some thing out of Amber for every member of my little family.
