  1. This is a whole novel, almost, so bright is every word. I am not at all a reader of most short fiction, but I love yours, Magaly. This is full of pain, but also of answers, which I find remarkable, and comforting.

    • Short fiction has always felt like such a perfect way to test styles and worlds in the making. It’s like a wee glimpse of characters, worlds and writers’ styles, a sign that says, “Read this wee bit, please. Like it? Then you really want to read this bunch.”

I’m hoping Health Fairy (I’m sure she exists *cough*) will be generous with me, and I’ll be able to share longer (printed works) set in this world. 😉

    • I’ve always found that the best way to figure out what people want to read more of, is to give them a taste. It’s the reason why commenting on the work of artists, and saying exactly how we feel about it and why, is so important.

      I’m real! I’m real!! I’m real!!! 😀

  2. Yes… Ms Wicked 🙂 You KNOW I love this, the energy, the draining and channelling of it, use & misuse of it, leashing & releasing of it, corruption and sanctity of it… 🙂
    GREAT tale… 🙂

    • And that’s what I love about your mind and your heart: you understand that the world is all about balance… if we want the yummy, we need to be willing to deal with the nasty every now and a gain. <3

  3. Magaly you have done it again; I am instantly addicted to this story and it’s characters, it may sound greedy but I want more 🙂
